This bootcamp prepares HR professionals to build a complete, AI-powered HR operating system using Claude. Across five live sessions (four 2-hour build days plus a 2-hour Ninja Bonus), participants build it themselves with their own data, their own documents, their own systems, and their own voice. Every session produces something deployable, and every session cuts across the full range of HR work: hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, policy, and employee relations. By the end of the week, every participant is running an integrated, AI-powered people function in their own Claude workspace.
The bootcamp opens by collapsing what most HR teams spend weeks on or cannot do at all. In a single session, participants use Claude in Excel and Claude's Deep Research to produce an executive-ready workforce analytics stack: headcount and turnover dashboards built from their own data, a multi-source compensation benchmarking analysis, a recruiting funnel visualization, and a workforce planning scenario modeled with Claude's extended thinking.
Most HR professionals spend the majority of their week writing. Day 2 attacks that problem across every function at once. Participants build a Claude Project structure, a voice and style guide Claude can follow, and a precision prompting approach that produces job descriptions, interview guides, offer letters, onboarding plans, 30/60/90-day frameworks, performance reviews, calibration materials, employee relations documentation, handbook sections, and core HR policies.
Day 3 moves from Claude as a drafting tool to Claude as a working presence inside your HR stack. Participants connect Claude to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Slack, then put Claude to work there: drafting candidate emails from live inbox context, pulling from documents in Drive, scheduling interviews on Calendar, following up in Slack threads, and generating weekly reports from live data. The goal is to stop copy-pasting between Claude and everything else.
Day 4 closes the gap between individual learning and team adoption. Participants take everything built across Days 1–3 and package it into reusable Claude Projects organized by function (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, policy, analytics), custom Skills that encode their organization's writing standards and brand voice, and a structured prompt library built for the whole HR team. The bootcamp closes with a participant showcase and a 30-day deployment roadmap.
For participants who finish the core bootcamp and want to go further. In two hours, rebuild everything from Days 1–4 inside Claude Code, Anthropic's command-line agentic tool. Batch-generate hundreds of HR documents from a single data source, run analytics across multiple spreadsheets at once, write custom Skills as actual skill folders in a shared repository, and chain Claude Code together with the rest of the HR stack through scripts that run reliably every time.
The complete Claude guides library. Every participant gets the full set to take the bootcamp work even further. Yours to keep.
